Responsibilities
- Operational Support: Assist the weekend operations team with daily administrative tasks, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
- Project Assistance: Support the engineering and marketing teams by gathering research data and preparing weekly reports.
- Client Interaction: Handle basic customer inquiries and support weekend events by managing check-in desks and communications.
- Process Optimization: Monitor weekend workflows and suggest improvements to enhance team efficiency.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with full-time staff to ensure seamless execution of weekend projects and deliverables.
- Technical Documentation: Help update internal wikis and documentation to ensure team knowledge is shared effectively.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (rising Junior or Senior preferred).
- Availability: Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) for the duration of the internship.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional attitude.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
