Responsibilities
- Assist in the management and organization of weekly operational reports and data entry.
- Provide exceptional customer support and engagement during weekend shifts.
- Support the coordination of local community events and promotional activities.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the Kansas City area.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create content for weekend social media campaigns.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure high productivity levels.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program (Junior or Senior status preferred).
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail.
