Responsibilities
- Manage Weekend Floor Operations: Oversee daily activities during peak weekend shifts to ensure seamless guest interactions and service delivery.
- Guest Experience: Provide exceptional service to all guests, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently to maintain high satisfaction scores.
- Inventory & Supply Management: Assist in monitoring stock levels, organizing inventory, and coordinating with logistics teams to ensure adequate supplies.
- Event Support: Collaborate with the events team to set up and dismantle weekend events, ensuring all protocols are followed.
- Data Entry & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily operations, sales figures, and customer feedback for weekly reporting.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on goals and operational standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic CRM software.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Enthusiasm: A positive attitude and a genuine passion for customer service and the Las Vegas hospitality industry.
