Responsibilities
- Operational Support: Assist the management team with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising during peak weekend hours.
- Customer Experience: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers, answering inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure a positive shopping environment.
- Stock & Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor by ensuring products are stocked and displayed correctly.
- Data Entry: Support administrative tasks, including processing transactions, updating sales logs, and organizing digital records.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend operations and communicate effectively with supervisors.
- Event Support: Assist in setting up and breaking down weekend promotional events and pop-up displays.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a high school diploma or bachelor's degree program (freshman to senior year).
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) for the duration of the summer internship.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs), and maneuver throughout the sales floor.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with basic computer applications, POS systems, and mobile devices.
