As a Summer Weekend Intern, you will work closely with our operations team to ensure seamless execution of weekend projects. You will learn the ropes of project management, digital marketing, and client relations in a supportive, professional setting.
Responsibilities
- Event Support: Assist in the planning, setup, and execution of weekend marketing events and client meetups.
- Content Creation: Draft social media posts, blog articles, and promotional materials for the weekend schedule.
- Data Management: Organize and analyze customer feedback and engagement data from weekend campaigns.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage schedules, coordinate with vendors, and handle basic office administration.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with full-time staff to ensure all weekend objectives are met efficiently.
- Research: Conduct market research to identify trends relevant to our weekend target audience.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program (Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field).
- Availability: Must be available to work Friday through Sunday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
