Responsibilities
- Assist the weekend operations team with daily administrative tasks and project coordination.
- Monitor and analyze internal systems to identify trends and assist in reporting.
- Provide customer support and resolve inquiries via phone and email during weekend shifts.
- Conduct research on market trends and competitor activities to support strategic planning.
- Maintain accurate records of daily operations and prepare weekly summaries for management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless weekend execution of projects.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Business, Marketing, or IT.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) for the duration of the summer internship.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic computer skills.
- Eager to learn, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Virginia Beach office.
