Responsibilities
- Assist the IT Operations team with weekend system maintenance, updates, and basic troubleshooting.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized digital records for ongoing client projects.
- Support weekend deployment events and provide on-site technical assistance to staff.
- Collaborate with senior staff to analyze workflow efficiency and document processes.

- Assist in the preparation of weekly reports and presentations for management review.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program (Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field).
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) during the summer months.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
