Responsibilities
- Assist the weekend operations team with daily administrative tasks and project coordination.
- Conduct market research and compile data reports to support marketing initiatives.
- Engage with clients and visitors at the Philadelphia office, ensuring a premium customer experience.
- Support social media management and content creation for the weekend schedule.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital project files to ensure team efficiency.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (College Credit required).
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
