Responsibilities
- Operational Support: Assist in the daily setup and coordination of weekend academic workshops and events.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate student records and assist in the organization of departmental databases.
- Student Liaison: Act as a point of contact for visiting students and faculty during weekend shift hours.
- Event Coordination: Support logistics for end-of-semester review sessions and summer orientation activities.
- Administrative Tasks: Prepare necessary materials, distribute schedules, and handle general office correspondence.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from participants to help improve future program offerings.
- Adherence to Policy: Ensure all operational procedures and safety protocols are followed strictly.
Qualifications
- Enrollment: Currently enrolled in a college or university program pursuing a degree in Education, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Credit Requirement: Ability to obtain college credit for this internship through your university’s cooperative education or internship program.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) during the summer months.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
