Responsibilities
- Weekend Logistics Management: Oversee and coordinate daily logistics for weekend events and operational shifts.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect and analyze operational data on weekends to produce weekly performance reports.
- Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional support to weekend clients and visitors at our Denver location.
- Inventory & Asset Management: Assist in tracking inventory levels and organizing equipment for weekend use.
- Project Coordination: Support project managers in preparing materials and setting up workstations for weekend teams.
Qualifications
- Current Enrollment: Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Business, Marketing, Operations, or related field).
- Availability: Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and/or Sunday) during the summer months.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accuracy in data entry.
