Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest assistance during weekend check-ins and special events
- Coordinate with departments (housekeeping, maintenance, food service) to ensure seamless operations
- Assist in creating memorable guest experiences through personalized service
- Learn and implement resort safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Contribute to weekend guest satisfaction surveys and improvement initiatives
- Participate in cross-departmental training rotations
- Support weekend event setups and guest activities
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in college/university program (Hospitality/Tourism/Business preferred)
- Available for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun) and flexible summer/fall start dates
- Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
- Ability to work in fast-paced resort environment
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office Suite)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
- Must be 18+ years old
