Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through in-person and digital channels

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university (Sophomore/Junior standing preferred)
- Availability for weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday) and occasional holidays
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic data analysis tools
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
