Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional weekend technical support to clients via phone, chat, and remote assistance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve system issues and optimize weekend workflows
- Document technical processes and create knowledge base articles for internal use
- Assist in weekend system monitoring, updates, and preventative maintenance
- Participate in weekend project sprints and deliverable reviews
- Analyze weekend performance metrics and suggest improvement opportunities
- Train weekend staff on new technologies and procedures
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program (any major welcome)
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking fundamentals, and cloud platforms
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during weekend shifts
- Customer service mindset with patience and professionalism
- Availability for weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday, 8am-5pm)
- Valid driver's license (for occasional on-site duties)
