Responsibilities
- Develop and test software components under mentor guidance
- Participate in weekend sprint planning and stand-up meetings
- Document code and technical specifications
- Troubleshoot bugs and optimize application performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on feature deployments
- Attend weekly tech workshops and innovation sessions
- Support CI/CD pipeline maintenance and monitoring
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in accredited college/university program
- Must be eligible for college credit through your institution
- Basic proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays (8am-4pm)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
