Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years in sustainability innovation or green tech product development
- Proven track record launching circular economy initiatives
- Expertise in carbon footprint analysis and LCA methodologies
- Strong proficiency in sustainability reporting frameworks (GRI, SASB)
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $2M
- Certification in LEED or similar sustainability credential preferred
