Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 5-year sustainability roadmaps aligned with 2026 climate targets
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve carbon neutrality and waste reduction milestones
- Oversee development of ESG disclosures and ensure GRI/SASB compliance
- Drive innovation in sustainable materials and renewable energy adoption
- Build strategic partnerships with NGOs, government bodies, and industry coalitions
- Present sustainability performance to investors, boards, and regulatory bodies
- Mentor sustainability leaders and foster organization-wide eco-conscious culture
Qualifications
- 15+ years in sustainability leadership with 5+ years at director level
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or MBA with sustainability focus
- Proven experience developing and scaling corporate sustainability programs
- Expertise in ESG frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD) and carbon accounting tools
- Certified Sustainability Professional (CSP) or LEED AP credential required
- Advanced data analytics skills for sustainability metrics and reporting
- Experience with circular economy implementation and supply chain decarbonization
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and stakeholder communications
