Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sustainability strategy targeting 2026 net-zero emissions and circular economy integration
- Lead cross-functional ESG initiatives including carbon footprint analysis, waste reduction programs, and sustainable supply chain optimization
- Conduct stakeholder engagement with investors, regulators, and community partners to align sustainability goals
- Design and implement data-driven KPIs and reporting frameworks using advanced analytics platforms
- Drive innovation in sustainable technologies and methodologies through research partnerships
- Represent company at industry forums and shape emerging sustainability policy discussions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field with 5+ years experience
- Proven track record developing and implementing corporate sustainability strategies with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in ESG reporting frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD) and carbon accounting methodologies
- Advanced data analysis skills with proficiency in sustainability software (SAP Sustainability, Watershed, etc.)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership capabilities
- Strong understanding of circular economy principles and sustainable supply chain management
- Relevant professional certifications (LEED, GRI, SAI) preferred
