- Develop ESG reporting frameworks compliant with GRI and SASB standards
- Drive stakeholder engagement through investor briefings and community partnerships
- Conduct lifecycle assessments and carbon footprint analysis for all products
- Establish supplier sustainability criteria and vendor certification programs
- Monitor emerging regulations and position company for regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- 8+ years in sustainability management with 3+ years in strategic planning
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or MBA
- Proven track record of achieving carbon neutrality goals in corporate settings
- Expertise in ESG frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD)
- Strong data analysis skills with sustainability software proficiency
- Experience leading cross-functional sustainability transformation projects
- Professional certifications (e.g., LEED GA, GRI Certified) preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and stakeholder presentations
