You'll collaborate with C-suite executives, engineering teams, and external partners to embed sustainability into our DNA, transforming challenges into opportunities for innovation and market leadership.
Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology strategy for sustainability initiatives, aligning with UN SDGs and net-zero targets
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing AI-powered carbon footprint analytics and predictive sustainability modeling systems
- Oversee implementation of IoT-enabled resource optimization platforms across global operations
- Drive blockchain-based supply chain transparency solutions for ethical sourcing and circular economy practices
- Establish KPI frameworks for sustainability tech ROI and impact measurement
- Champion emerging green technologies (renewable integration, energy storage, smart grids) through pilot programs
- Present sustainability tech roadmaps to investors and board members with quantifiable outcomes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Computer Science, or Engineering; MBA or Master's preferred
- 8+ years experience in technology leadership with 5+ years focused on sustainability or ESG tech initiatives
- Proven expertise in developing AI/ML solutions for environmental data analysis and predictive modeling
- Deep knowledge of circular economy principles, carbon accounting standards (GHG Protocol), and green tech frameworks
- Strong background in IoT implementation, blockchain for supply chain, and renewable energy systems integration
- Experience managing cross-functional tech teams and leading enterprise-level sustainability transformations
- Certifications in sustainability management (e.g., GRI, SASB) or cloud architecture (AWS/Azure) highly valued
