Responsibilities
- Design carbon-neutral urban ecosystems using BIM and AI simulation tools
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams integrating renewable energy, water recycling, and vertical farming systems
- Develop regulatory frameworks for autonomous infrastructure deployment across 50+ US cities
- Conduct lifecycle analysis for circular economy materials with blockchain traceability
- Present blueprints to municipal governments and Fortune 500 sustainability partners
- Research emerging biophilic design techniques for climate-resilient structures
- Mentor junior architects in sustainable certification pathways (LEED, WELL, BREEAM)
Qualifications
- Master's in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Environmental Science with 5+ years' experience
- LEED AP BD+C or WELL AP certification required
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ completed smart city or net-zero energy projects
- Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and energy modeling software (e.g., EnergyPlus)
- Deep knowledge of circular economy principles and carbon accounting standards
- Experience with public-private partnership frameworks for infrastructure projects
- Published research on climate-adaptive urban systems preferred
