Responsibilities
- Develop and test software solutions under senior engineer guidance
- Analyze user requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Participate in agile development cycles including sprint planning and retrospectives
- Create documentation for code, processes, and project deliverables
- Contribute to open-source projects and internal innovation initiatives
- Present project progress and findings to stakeholders bi-weekly
- Shadow department rotations (DevOps, UX, Data Science)
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Bachelor's or Master's program in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Basic proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Java
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to commit to 15-20 hours per week during academic terms
- Portfolio or GitHub repository demonstrating personal projects
- Authorized to work in the United States
