Responsibilities
- Develop and test software solutions under senior mentorship
- Collaborate in agile sprints to deliver product features
- Contribute to UX research and design validation projects
- Automate testing processes and documentation workflows
- Participate in cross-functional team meetings and hackathons
- Present project outcomes to stakeholders
- Maintain clean, documented code following industry standards
- Shadow senior engineers on client consultations
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Enthusiasm for technology with willingness to learn new skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or Python (self-taught acceptable)
- Ability to work collaboratively in team environments
- Available for 20-40 hours/week during summer/fall term
