Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, chat, and email
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues
- Document troubleshooting procedures and solutions
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex cases
- Test and deploy new system updates
- Conduct basic network diagnostics
- Participate in daily team stand-ups
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Available for 15-20 hours weekly
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site visits
