Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person
- Assist with hardware setup, software installations, and system configurations
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues
- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on infrastructure projects
- Monitor system performance and report security concerns
- Train employees on new software and IT procedures
Qualifications
