Responsibilities
- Execute and monitor critical technical support tasks during night operations to ensure system stability.
- Analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify trends and resolve potential issues before they impact users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve overnight technical tickets and service requests.
- Contribute to the documentation and knowledge base updates for the night shift team.
- Assist in the deployment of software patches and security updates in a controlled environment.
- Perform routine database queries and data validation tasks.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Availability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) to support 24/7 operations.
- Familiarity with Python, SQL, HTML, or JavaScript is a strong plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in a high-pressure environment.
- Ability to obtain college credit for this internship position.
