Responsibilities
- Monitor system performance, alerts, and logs to ensure 99.9% uptime for night operations.
- Triaging and resolving incoming technical support tickets and tickets in a timely manner.
- Assisting in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of software updates and patches.
- Conducting routine security audits and log analysis to identify potential vulnerabilities.
- Collaborating with the on-call team to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues.
- Maintaining detailed documentation of network configurations and troubleshooting steps.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP).
- Availability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Familiarity with scripting languages (Python or Bash) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
