Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to internal teams and clients during evening hours.
- Assist in the monitoring and maintenance of critical IT systems and infrastructure.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures clearly and concisely.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to ensure 24/7 operational continuity.
- Participate in system upgrades and software testing under the guidance of senior staff.
- Conduct basic hardware inspections and inventory management as needed.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree program (Graduating Summer or Fall).
- Strong interest in IT, Computer Science, or Information Technology Support.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and networking concepts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night shifts.
- Proactive attitude and a willingness to learn new technologies.
