Responsibilities
- Assist the IT Support team with hardware troubleshooting, software installations, and network configuration.
- Perform routine data entry and maintain accurate digital records for departmental projects.
- Shadow senior technicians during system maintenance windows to observe best practices in a live environment.
- Conduct research on new software tools and emerging tech trends to assist in team decision-making.
- Help organize and catalog hardware inventory, ensuring all assets are accounted for and secure.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program (Technical, IT, Business, or related field).
- No prior professional experience required—willingness to learn is a must!
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable transportation to the Colorado Springs office.
- Eagerness to obtain a valid driver’s license within 6 months of hire.
