Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for employees and visitors during weekend operations.
- Assist in the maintenance and configuration of hardware and software systems.
- Monitor network performance and report any anomalies to the senior IT team.
- Support data entry and digital archiving projects to ensure efficient record-keeping.
- Collaborate with the full-time staff to execute weekend-specific IT projects.
- Ensure all security protocols are followed during weekend access.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with networking concepts and hardware components is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Must be available to work on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) for the duration of the internship.
- Proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn new technologies.
