Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive research and sourcing of candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open Technical positions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage and update candidate data accurately in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Communicate effectively with candidates via phone, email, and video calls during evening hours.
- Assist in organizing recruitment events and campus outreach activities.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associateās, Bachelorās, or Masterās degree program (graduation date Summer or Fall 2024/2025).
- Strong interest in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or the Tech Industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently during night shifts.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
- Availability to work evening shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM or 5:00 PM - 1:00 AM).
