Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers via phone, email, and live chat.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to software and hardware systems.
- Document all customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the CRM database.
- Collaborate with the senior support team to develop best practices for customer service.
- Assist in testing new software updates and providing feedback to the development team.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and product knowledge during every interaction.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Basic understanding of computer operating systems (Windows, macOS) and internet browsers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced setting.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings.
