Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to internal employees and clients via phone and email.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Manage and track support tickets using our internal ticketing system.
- Document technical resolutions and update the knowledge base.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new hardware and software.
- Collaborate with senior technicians to learn best practices in IT service management.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of computer architecture, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and network protocols.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
