Responsibilities
- Assist the technical team in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues for internal stakeholders.
- Participate in the development and testing of new software features under supervision.
- Monitor system performance and perform routine maintenance to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Document technical processes and create user guides for non-technical staff.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for operational improvement.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Strong interest in web development, database management, or IT support.
- Basic proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn new technologies quickly.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
