Responsibilities
- Assist the technical team with coding, debugging, and software testing under the guidance of senior developers.
- Conduct market research and data analysis to support marketing strategies and product development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met efficiently and accurately.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, project reports, and presentation materials.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Manage social media channels and assist in executing digital marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility.
- Provide exceptional customer support and resolve inquiries related to our services or products.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in a relevant field (Computer Science, Marketing, Business Administration, etc.).
- Demonstrated interest in the tech and business sectors with a strong desire to learn.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently as well as effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic understanding of web technologies (HTML/CSS preferred).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward new challenges.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (for occasional off-site requirements).
