Responsibilities
- Assist in Software Development: Collaborate with senior developers to design, code, and test software solutions.
- Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to provide actionable business insights.
- Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for internal stakeholders and clients.
- Project Documentation: Create clear and concise documentation for code and technical processes.
- Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in daily stand-ups and agile sprint planning meetings.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of programming languages (Python, Java, or C#) and databases (SQL).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot problems and think critically.
- Availability: Must be available to work at least 15-20 hours per week, including some weekends or evenings.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing project requirements.
