Responsibilities
- Assist the development team in designing, coding, and testing software applications for our client base in the Minneapolis and Virginia regions.
- Conduct code reviews and participate in daily stand-ups to ensure project milestones are met on time.
- Debug and troubleshoot existing codebases to improve system performance and user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including QA and product management, to define feature requirements.
- Document technical processes and create user guides for new software features.
- Support the sales team by providing technical insights during client presentations and demos.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrated knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Basic understanding of database management systems (SQL, MongoDB) and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
