Responsibilities
- Assist the project management team with daily operations and workflow optimization.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analyze competitor trends to support strategic planning.
- Prepare and present weekly progress reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time.
- Maintain accurate digital records and documentation using our CRM and database systems.
- Support client outreach initiatives and internal communications.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively.
- A proactive attitude and a strong willingness to learn new technologies.
- Basic understanding of business operations and organizational processes is a plus.
