Responsibilities
- Develop and Maintain Code: Write clean, efficient, and scalable code for web and mobile applications under the guidance of senior developers.
- Collaborate on Projects: Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality software.
- Debug and Troubleshoot: Identify and fix bugs in existing codebases and optimize application performance.
- Participate in Code Reviews: Review pull requests from peers, provide constructive feedback, and learn best practices.
- Document Technical Processes: Create detailed technical documentation, API specifications, and user guides.
- Attend Daily Stand-ups: Communicate progress, blockers, and tasks effectively within the agile development team.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Programming Skills: Strong knowledge of Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript.
- Database Knowledge: Basic understanding of SQL and database management principles.
- Problem Solving: Ability to analyze complex problems and devise logical, efficient solutions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Availability: Must be available to start in Summer 2024 or Fall 2024.
