Responsibilities
- Assist the technical team with software development, testing, and debugging tasks.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitive landscapes to support strategic planning.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documentation for senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to streamline operational workflows.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups and sprint planning.
- Monitor and maintain internal systems to ensure optimal performance.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field (Graduating May 2025 or later).
- Strong interest in technology and business operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for on-site collaboration in Baltimore/PA area).
