Responsibilities
- Assist senior team members in daily operations and project management tasks.
- Conduct market research and data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare professional reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Manage social media accounts and engage with the local community.
- Support the development and testing of software solutions.
- Participate in weekly team meetings, training sessions, and workshops.
- Handle administrative duties including scheduling and correspondence.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Freshman to Senior year).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and industry trends.
- Valid driver’s license is a plus.
- Resident of El Paso, TX or surrounding areas.
