Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Developers: Collaborate with experienced engineers to design, code, and test software solutions.
- Debug & Optimize: Identify and resolve software bugs to ensure system stability and performance.
- Documentation: Maintain clear and concise technical documentation for all projects.
- Meeting Participation: Attend daily stand-ups and sprint planning sessions to align with team goals.
- Research: Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelorās or Associateās degree program in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- GPA: Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Java, or C#; familiarity with SQL and web technologies (HTML/CSS/JS).
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
- Availability: Must be available for at least 12-15 hours per week, including some weekend flexibility during project crunches.
