Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection, analysis, and visualization of complex data sets using tools like Excel and Tableau.
- Support the marketing team with market research, content creation, and SEO optimization tasks.
- Conduct technical troubleshooting and provide basic IT support to internal staff.
- Maintain and update company databases and client records with high accuracy.
- Prepare weekly progress reports and present findings to the department head.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute digital marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Information Technology, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic SEO concepts is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn new technologies quickly.
