Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of web applications and software tools under the supervision of senior developers.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to help optimize our digital marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content and improve user engagement metrics.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Update and maintain technical documentation to ensure clear knowledge transfer across the team.
- Support client-facing initiatives by providing administrative support and coordinating project timelines.
Qualifications
- Current Enrollment: Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Marketing, or Business Administration.
- Academic Standing: A minimum GPA of 3.0 is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work in a team environment.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently.
- Availability: Must be available for a full-time summer internship commitment (40 hours per week).
