Responsibilities
- Assist the Development Team: Support senior engineers in coding, debugging, and testing software applications.
- Database Management: Help maintain and organize our internal databases and documentation.
- Research & Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic planning.
- Project Coordination: Participate in daily stand-ups and agile ceremonies to track project progress.
- User Testing: Collaborate with the UX/UI team to gather feedback and improve product usability.
- Technical Documentation: Create clear, concise documentation for new features and processes.
Qualifications
- Enrollment: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Academic Standing: Minimum GPA of 2.5 or higher required.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or Python.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated individual with a strong desire to learn and grow.
- Availability: Ability to commit to at least 15 hours per week.
