Responsibilities
- Assist the development team in designing, coding, and testing software applications using modern frameworks.
- Participate actively in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code review sessions to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Debug and troubleshoot existing codebases to identify and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Create and maintain clear technical documentation, API specifications, and user manuals.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and UI/UX designers, to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies and industry best practices to recommend innovative solutions.
- Monitor system performance and assist in optimizing application speed and reliability.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Strong foundational knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, React, or Node.js) is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Must possess valid work authorization for the United States (F1 OPT candidates welcome).
- Availability to work 20-25 hours per week during the semester and occasional weekends for critical releases.
