Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Assist the development team with debugging, code reviews, and testing software applications.
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth analysis of industry trends in the Philadelphia and Texas markets to support strategic planning.
- Recruitment Coordination: Support the HR team in screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.
- Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze data to generate actionable insights for the marketing department.
- Content Creation: Draft and edit blog posts, social media copy, and technical documentation.
- Project Management: Assist in tracking project milestones and communicating updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Junior or Senior status preferred) with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Location: Must be located in or willing to relocate to the Philadelphia, PA or Texas area.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and basic understanding of HTML/CSS or SEO principles.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote/hybrid work environment.
- Availability: Ability to commit to at least 20 hours per week during the semester.
