Responsibilities
- Develop and test software solutions under senior developer guidance
- Analyze user data to drive product improvements
- Collaborate in agile teams using Jira and GitHub
- Create wireframes and prototypes for UX projects
- Present findings to stakeholders via mock demos
- Document processes and maintain technical wikis
- Participate in innovation sprints and hackathons
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or related field
- 3.2+ GPA or equivalent academic standing
- Proficiency in JavaScript/Python or Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with version control (Git)
- Portfolio showcasing 2+ relevant projects
- Authorization to work in the US (required for stipend)
- Availability for 20+ hours/week during academic term
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
