Responsibilities
- Collaborate on agile development projects using modern tech stacks
- Support data analysis and visualization for client deliverables
- Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning sessions
- Document processes and create technical documentation
- Shadow senior engineers during client consultations
- Contribute to open-source initiatives and hackathons
- Present project outcomes to cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Bachelor's/Master's program (any major)
- Basic proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or SQL
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Availability for 20-30 hours/week during internship period
- Passion for technology and innovation
- Ability to work in fast-paced startup environment
- Philadelphia metro area residents preferred
