Responsibilities
- Provide technical support via phone, email, and in-person for hardware/software issues
- Assist with network troubleshooting and system diagnostics
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on software testing and QA processes
- Participate in cross-departmental projects to enhance user experience
- Conduct routine equipment maintenance and updates
- Present weekly progress reports to the IT department lead
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university program
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
