Responsibilities
- Support system administration and network infrastructure maintenance
- Assist in software development and QA testing cycles
- Document technical processes and create user guides
- Collaborate on cloud migration projects using AWS/Azure
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues for internal teams
- Participate in agile development sprints and code reviews
- Research emerging technologies and present findings
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Python, Java, or C++ programming
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Experience with Linux/Windows operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work 20-30 hours/week during semester
- Must be authorized to work in the US
